WARRANTY STATEMENT

TBM Autoparts Struts are covered by a three (3) year warranty which covers defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty does not cover improper installation or misuse. The warranty is effective from the date of retail purchase provided they are fitted for the correct application as per the TBM Autoparts catalogue.

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE

Distributors should follow these steps:

1. Contact TBM Autoparts via phone or email and request a warranty form.
2. TBM Autoparts will provide a warranty form and an authorisation number.
3. Include a copy of purchase invoice along with the completed TBM Autoparts warranty form.

For installers:

Please contact your supplier of the TBM Autoparts product with details on the date of purchase and the issue with the product so that the distributor can process the warranty on your behalf.
